Description Is your body an active participant in all aspects of your

Stephanie has 28 years experience working professionally
in the Fitness/Health Industry as an Independent Entrepreneur, Manager, and Creator/Choreographer.
These experiences Helped her develop her people skills and gift for drawing out
coworkers and clients with lightness and humor. She is the founder
of The Body Knowledge System; a 12 week series which gives her participants
a consistent way to access and understand the knowledge contained in their body
so that they can live life more fully and move easily in all areas of their life.
