ProfileŠ" and show you how you can use it to define your preferred movement/exercise
style. We will explore the relationship between your personality style
and what exercise works best for you. Are you someone who loves to lace on runners
wherever you are or ˇ Do you prefer the mind/body connection and flow of Yoga/Pilates?

walk with your toes in the sand. By discovering your ideal movement/exercise
style, you will be empowered to create a fitness strategy that you will look forward
to, everyday! For those of you who experience better results with one-on-one
coaching and support, I am available for follow-up one-on-one sessions that will
provide you with support, including exploring new varieties to stimulate mind/body
over time and support you in overcoming any obstacles that may arise. Being

a Lifestyles Coach and Personal Trainer, my professional life is divided between
providing energizing Lifestyles Coaching by phone, the Internet or in person and
conducting exhilirating Fitness Training sessions in my Mountainside, New Jersey
studio. One of my passsions is travel. Touring exotic cities is fascinating
and meeting new people with perspectives and outlooks on life that are foreign
to mine provides genuine and lasting enrichment. Other personal aphrodisiacs are
live theater and music, for which I must journey into New York, a mere 40 minute
drive from my home in Mountainside, yet another world in every possible way. The
city provides brief, intense infusions of energy and culture, while my tranquil
country home surrounds me with simple, natural beauty. Since 1979 I
have mentored Group Fitness Professionals, which led me to focus my energies into
developing dance/fitness/nutrition programs for men and women of all ages and
abilities. My clients enjoy the combination of jazz, ballet, movement, funk, hip-hop,
yoga, step, low-impact aerobics, weight training, and Pilates, set to music combined
with inspirational coaching techniques to keep them motivated and empowered.
My extensive experience has led me to create Dance/Fitness programs that
combine the art of dance with the science of exercise, the fun of rhythm and music
with the power of mind/body activity. Lifestyle Coaching is a business
segment that evolved naturally from years of "coaching" interactions
with my Personal Training clients. Motivation and an uncanny ability to see issues
clearly have enabled me to assist a growing body of clients many of whom work
with me by telephone and have never met, "live", in person!
